SMS Terms
MT Property Photography, also known as 'Vacation Rental Photography, LLC,' offers our customers the option to engage in conversations with employees and photographers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP to +1 (406) 609-0295 for assistance. Reply STOP to opt-out. Carriers are not liable for any delays or undelivered messages.
Opt-In
SMS communication from MT Property Photography is opt-in only. You can opt in by selecting "Yes" on the SMS notification step during the booking process on our website. You can also opt in by initiating contact with us via text message at our published number, which establishes prior express invitation per TCPA guidance. Simply submitting your phone number through our booking form does not constitute SMS consent — you must actively choose to receive SMS messages.
Opt-Out
You can opt-out of receiving text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us at jake@mtpropertyphotos.com to request removal from our messaging list.
