Our photographers utilize the allotted time for photography only and are not expected to accommodate delays due to last-minute staging, cleaning, moving items, or the departure of occupants. We appreciate your preparation, as it enables us to maintain efficiency and deliver the affordable high-quality imagery you expect.

If no one is meeting the photographer:

Our photographers can manage the basic preparations below such as turning on lights, opening blinds, and adjusting toilet seats. Anything else, or if the home is exceptionally large, a $50 staging fee will be added to do this.

Before your shoot, please complete & consider:

• Toilet seats are down.
• All lights are turned on.
• Fans are turned off.
• TVs are turned off.
• Realtor signs are removed.
• Blinds and drapes are open.
• Vehicles are removed from the property and nearby street areas.
• Pets are secured in a separate area or removed from the property.
• Front and back yards are picked up and photograph ready.
• Optional: Windows are clean for optimal external views.
• Optional: Yard is freshly mowed
• Optional: Window screens are removed for clearer views.

• Optional: Snow/Leaves are removed.

If your property has great views, we will also photograph the interior “money shots” as well as exteriors.
